1 fresh egg
a dash white vinegar
1 slice wholemeal toast
Boil a pot of water at a medium heat, until the water is steadily simmering and beginning to bubble.
Add a dash of vinegar to the simmering water.
Crack the egg into a cup.
By stirring the water, create a gentle whirlpool in the pot to assist the egg white in wrapping around the yolk.
Slowly tip the egg into the water and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon.
Cut off any whispy edges with the edge of the spoon.
Drain excess water with paper towel.
Serve with wholemeal toast.
