Pea & Mint Dip

This simple recipe will have scrumptious results



  • frozen peas (defrosted) 400g
  • low fat natural yogurt/soya yoghurt 100g
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 small red chili


Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.

Serving suggestion: slice some wholemeal pitta pockets open to separate the pockets., toast in a toaster or under the grill but keep an eye as they toast quickly. Cut into fingers and serve with a dip. This also works great with carrots batons or sliced cucumber. Add 1 Bite per small wholemeal pitta used.
