Overnight Oats

Find it hard to fit in a healthy breakfast? Whip up a batch of our Overnight Oats this evening and have breakfast ready to go first thing in the morning

Skill Level:




  • 30g porridge oats
  • 125ml forever free yogurt
  • fruit of your choice
  • 25ml skimmed milk

Mix the oats and milk together then layer the porridge oats, yogurt and fruit in a jar and leave in the fridge overnight.

Want something more filling? Add an additional 30g of oats.

Serve cold.
