1 Low cal cooking spray
2 Garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
1 White onion, finely chopped
4 Bacon slices
2 lb 4 0z Extra lean ground beef
1 splash Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 Small handful of chopped fresh chives
1 Small handful of finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
1 Salt and ground black pepper
1 Iceberg lettuce leaves
10 Cherry tomatoes, halved
20 Dill pickles
Spray a skillet or pan with low-cal cooking spray and cook the garlic, onion and bacon over a medium-low heat for 5 minutes until softened.
Transfer to a large bowl with the ground beef, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce. Add the chopped herbs, season to taste and mix well.
Divide into roughly 20 portions and shape into small burgers.
Broil the sliders under a preheated medium-hot broiler for 8-10 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
Line a serving platter with lettuce leaves and put a slider on each one.
Using a cocktail stick, skewer half a cherry tomato and a dill pickle on to each slider and serve.
