3 cups fresh berries
3 tbsp fresh orange juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Place fruit, cinnamon and juice in a pot and bring to medium heat.
Once bubbling, reduce heat slightly and mash the fruit using a wooden spoon.
Continue cooking over medium-low heat for 10-12 minutes, occasionally mashing fruit to combine.
Remove from heat. Serve warm.
