Lemon Thai Prawns
A tasty version of a Thai dish....Yummers!!!!
30 mins to marinade
- 20 King Prawns, peeled (remove heads)
- 2.5cm Root Ginger, grated
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced
- 1 Clove of Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Hot Chili Flakes
- Chopped Fresh Coriander
- Low Cal Spray Oil
- 240g Egg Noodles
In a bowl, marinate the raw prawns in all of the ingredients bar the coriander for about 30 mins.
Then spritz your pan with low cal spray oil and once it’s hot, add the prawns and marinade to the pan.
Saute for about 45 seconds to 1 minute.
Once the prawns are cooked remove from the pan and mix with fresh coriander and serve with steamed veggies and egg noodles.
