Ingredients:

  • 2 handfuls Spinach
  • 50g Blueberries
  • 50g Raspberries
  • 1 Banana
  • 150 mls Skimmed Milk

Method:

Add 2 handfuls of spinach, 50g of blueberries, 50g of raspberries, 1 banana, 150 mls of skimmed milk to a blender. Whizz together until smooth and serve in a tall glass. Serve with 2 x 30g slices of wholemeal toast and a boiled egg.
