1 large tub Fat free greek yogurt
8 tsp Reduced sugar Jam
4 tsp Brown Sugar
2 Strawberries (Sliced)
Serves 4
1 Bite
Preheat grill Spoon 2 tsp of preserves into the bottom of 4 ramekins, then fill ramekins with Greek yogurt.
Spoon 1 tsp of brown sugar on each.
Place ramekins on a baking sheet under grill until sugar caramelizes, watching carefully so it doesn’t burn.
Allow to cool slightly.
Place strawberry slices on top and serve immediately.
