Healthy Halloween Brack
A spooky healthy version on a Halloween classic

4 cloves
2 cinnamon sticks
a squeeze of lemon juice
2 lemon wedges
2 pub measures of whiskey
2 tsp honey
4 cm piece of ginger, peeled and finely grated
160ml water
Pour 160ml of water into a pan over a medium heat. Add in the cloves, cinnamon sticks and ginger. Let it simmer lightly for 5 minutes.
Pour your whiskey into 2 warm glasses then add your spiced water mix on top. Stir in 1 tsp of honey into each glass along with a squeeze of lemon juice.
Serve with a lemon wedge and cinnamon stick.
Tip: Sprinkle nutmeg on top for a festive feel
