This recipe will cover one full ham, and is 0.5 Bites for the whole glaze.
Place peeled oranges , the orange rind, lemon juice, water, honey, Dijon mustard, cinnamon, ground ginger in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15mins till sauce thickens.
Blend all ingredients, you can use straight away to glaze a ham or place in a sterilised jar and allow to chill before putting on the lid.
