Homemade cranberry Juice to beat a cold or flu

This delicious homemade cranberry juice is the CEO of Unislim, Fiona Gratzer's secret remedy too beating a cold or flu. It is festive and delicious and will have you feeling in tip-top shape. Cranberries are rich in health-boosting antioxidants, including vitamin C and flavonoids (which can act as anti-inflammatories).

Ingredients

1 bag Cranberries

1 Juice of orange

1 Cinnamon stick

Method

Place ingredients into a saucepan and cover with water. Bring to the boil and once the cranberries pop, turn heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes

 

Remove the cinnamon stick and blend ingredients with a hand-held blender, then srain the juice through a fine strainer.

 

If you find the taste too tart you can always sweeten with some honey. Enjoy with hot or cold
