Homemade Applesauce
This simple applesauce is quick to make and handy to keep in the freezer.

Ingredients:
- 112g / 4oz Cooking Apples - Peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 tbsp Water
- 2 tsp Sweetener
Method:

Put the apples in a saucepan with water. Cover and cook over a low heat until they are soft and mushy.

Take off the heat and beat in the sweetener. Cool.
