Homemade Applesauce

This simple applesauce is quick to make and handy to keep in the freezer.

Ingredients

112g / 4oz Cooking Apples - Peeled, cored and chopped

1 tbsp Water

2 tsp Sweetener

Method

  1. Put the apples in a saucepan with water. Cover and cook over a low heat until they are soft and mushy.

  2. Take off the heat and beat in the sweetener. Cool.
