240g macaroni pasta (uncooked weight)
120g Philadelphia Lightest
150ml skimmed milk
60g reduced fat grated cheddar cheese
Bag of baby spinach
75g leftover baked ham, cut into chunks.
Preheat the oven to 190°C, Gas 5.
Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the pack.
Mix the Philly with the milk and half of the low-fat cheese.
Drain the pasta and return to the pan, mix with the Philly mixture, spinach and ham and season.
Put the contents of the pan into an ovenproof dish and top with the remaining cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes until golden brown.
