2 slices Sourdough
1 Ripe avocado
1 Lime
Fresh or frozen leaf coriander
80g Halloumi
Sriracha to serve
Preheat the airfrier to the hottest setting . Once it’s preheated, put in your bread and halloumi. If you can’t fit it, toast the bread. (I halve the recipe and make it for one so it works fine) Air fry for 6 minutes, turning once
Meanwhile, mash your avocado, add the juice and zest of the lime, add a handful of chopped coriander and season well.
Assemble by adding your avo smash onto the toasted sourdough, top with halloumi and add a squeeze of sriracha. CRUNCHTASTIC!
