4 tsp Olive oil
3 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1/2 Chopped onion
2 tbsp Chopped garlic
1/2 cup Finely chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 Red pepper crushed
1 pinch Sea salt
1 sprinkle Finely ground black pepper
1 fillet Lean beef
Preheat the grill.
In a mixing bowl, whisk the olive oil and vinegar together.
Add the onions, garlic, parsley and crushed red pepper, whisk well and season with salt.
Cover and set aside for at least 2 hours at room temperature.
Season both sides of the meat with sea salt and pepper. Place under the grill and cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side for medium rare.
Toss well. To serve, slice the steak into individual slices.
Optionally prepare some home made spicy potato wedges or salad as a side.
Serve the steak with some 1/4 wedges or salad.
Spoon the remaining sauce over the steak. Garnish with parsley.
