Tuck into a totally guilt free Fry Up for breakfast this weekend.
- 2 Quorn sausages
- 1 egg
- 1 small tin beans, no added sugar
- 2 slices lean bacon
- button mushrooms
- 1 tomato, halved
- low cal spray oil
Preheat the grill and cook the sausages & bacon as usual.
Heat pan with low cal spray oil on a medium to high heat.
Fry the sliced mushrooms and tomato on the pan until the bacon is crispy and the mushrooms and tomato are soft.
Heat the beans in a pot at low to medium heat, and stir regularly.
Fry egg in a pan and cook to taste.
