Ingredients:

  • 2, lean Bacon rashers
  • 2, dry fried Eggs
  • 1, large, halved and grilled Tomato
  • 1, grilled Portobello mushroom
  • 1 slice Wholemeal bread
  • Half tin Sugar free baked beans
  • Low calorie spray oil

Method:

Grill the bacon until cooked through on both sides.

Dry fry or scramble the eggs depending on your preference.

Grill the tomato for 5-6 mins until cooked through.

Grill your mushroom for about 5-6 mins til cooked through. Cut up into smaller pieces.

Stick the wholemeal bread in the toaster til golden brown.

Pour baked beans into a bowl or pot and heat up in the microwave or over a stove as per instructions on the tin.

Serve hot and enjoy.
