Free Sunday Brunch
- 2, lean Bacon rashers
- 2, dry fried Eggs
- 1, large, halved and grilled Tomato
- 1, grilled Portobello mushroom
- 1 slice Wholemeal bread
- Half tin Sugar free baked beans
- Low calorie spray oil
Grill the bacon until cooked through on both sides.
Dry fry or scramble the eggs depending on your preference.
Grill the tomato for 5-6 mins until cooked through.
Grill your mushroom for about 5-6 mins til cooked through. Cut up into smaller pieces.
Stick the wholemeal bread in the toaster til golden brown.
Pour baked beans into a bowl or pot and heat up in the microwave or over a stove as per instructions on the tin.
Serve hot and enjoy.
