2, lean Bacon rashers
2, dry fried Eggs
1, large, halved and grilled Tomato
1, grilled Portobello mushroom
1 slice Wholemeal bread
Half tin Sugar free baked beans
Low calorie spray oil
Grill the bacon until cooked through on both sides.
Dry fry or scramble the eggs depending on your preference.
Grill the tomato for 5-6 mins until cooked through.
Grill your mushroom for about 5-6 mins til cooked through. Cut up into smaller pieces.
Stick the wholemeal bread in the toaster til golden brown.
Pour baked beans into a bowl or pot and heat up in the microwave or over a stove as per instructions on the tin.
Serve hot and enjoy.
