3 Mint leaves
1 Wedge of lime
Sprite Zero or Diet 7-Up
Crushed ice
Lightly crush the mint using a mortar and pestle (be careful not to shred the mint) and mix with the juice of the lime wedge.
Run the squeezed lime wedge around the rim of the glass.
Pour the lime mixture into your glass, fill with crushed ice, and top off with the diet soda.
Add a pub measure of white rum for 1 yum!
