Fiona’s Overnight Oats

Rise and Shine with these creamy overnight oats! Busy morning? No bother! These gorgeous overnight oats are a perfect grab-and-go brekkie to keep you full, fuelled and feeling fab!

Ingredients

250g 0% greek-style yoghurt

60ml Skimmed Milk

100g Porridge Oats

15g Chia Seeds

2-3 drops Vanilla extract

2 tsp Maple syrup or honey

handful of mixed frozen berries

handful of Mixed frozen Mango

Method

Combine all the ingredients together and divide between two jars. Cover and pop in the fridge overnight. Grab ‘n’ Go in the morning.
