60ml Skimmed Milk
100g Porridge Oats
15g Chia Seeds
2-3 drops Vanilla extract
2 tsp Maple syrup or honey
handful of mixed frozen berries
handful of Mixed frozen Mango
Combine all the ingredients together and divide between two jars. Cover and pop in the fridge overnight. Grab ‘n’ Go in the morning.
