500g turkey mince
1 egg
1 clove of garlic
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp chilli flakes
tomato puree
25g mushrooms
12 olives
1 tomato
1/2 pepper
60g mozzerella
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Beat an egg and set to one side.
Chop the garlic clove into teeny tiny pieces and add it in to the turkey mince, along with the oregano and chilli flakes. Mix in the egg thoroughly throughout the meat as this will form your base.
Grease a baking tray or pizza tray and spread the turkey mixture across about 1.5cm thick. Cook for around 15-20 minutes or until it turns golden.
Remove from oven and spread a thin layer of tomato puree across the top and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. You can then start placing your toppings. Feel free to add and subtract toppings to suit your taste. Add lots of forever free veg to fill you up.
Cook for a further 3-5 minutes on a low temperature until the cheese is melted.
Tip: Leave some toppings until pizza is competently finished if you want them to be extra crunchy.
