Friday night "Fakeaway", Pizza without the guilt! Mix up the ingredients to suit you

1 tablespoon Tomato Purée

1 Wholemeal Tortilla

1 Sliced Red Onion

1 Sliced Red and Yellow Pepper

Apply liberally Chopped Ham

1 tablespoon Mixed Herbs

30g Low Fat Cheese

Method

Spread a tsp of tomato puree on a whole meal tortilla. top with red onion slices, red and yellow pepper slices, chopped ham and a sprinkle of mixed herbs.

Top with 30g grated low fat cheese and bake in the oven for about 10 mins.
