6 Eggs, hard-boiled & halved lengthwise
3 tsp Lighter than light mayonnaise
1 small can Tuna
1 tbsp Parsley, finely chopped
1/2 tsp Lemon juice
1 Small radish, thinly sliced
Remove the yolks from the eggs and place in a medium bowl.
Mash the yolks with the olive oil.
Mix yolks with tuna, parsley and lemon juice.
Spoon back into the egg whites.
Slice the top side of the eggs & place the radish slices in as ears.
