800g Potatoes (peeled)
1 Garlic Clove (crushed)
1 tub Quark Cheese
dash Slimline Milk
60g Low Fat Cheddar Cheese (grated)
Slice the potatoes thinly and layer into an oven proof dish.
In a bowl, mix 1 tub of Quark cheese and the garlic with some slimline milk until smooth but not runny.
Pour the mixture over the layered potatoes, however, do not cover the top layer of potatoes.
Sprinkle the top with some pepper and 60g of grated low fat cheese.
Oven bake for 40 minutes or until golden.
Enjoy 1/4 plate portion as your Free To Choose healthy carbohydrate.
