1 Brown roll
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
200g, cooked Crab meat
2 tbsp Fresh lime juice
1tbsp Chopped fresh mint
2 Hass avocados
pinch Cayenne pepper
pinch sea salt&ground pepper
Serves 6
1.5 Bites + FC per serving
Preheat oven to 180°C/gas mark 4.Thinly slice the brown roll and lightly brush the slices with olive oil.
In a bowl, mix together the crab meat and mint and season with salt and pepper.
In a separate, smaller bowl mash the avocado flesh with lime juice, and season in the salt and pepper and a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Spread the mashed avocado over the sliced bread.
Top with the crab mixture.
Serve and enjoy!
