25ml milk
1/2 tsp fresh herbs, chopped
salt & pepper
25g lean bacon, diced
25g green pepper
25g red pepper
30g reduced fat cheddar
low cal spray oil
Preheat a pan at a high heat. Spray with low cal spray oil.
Beat the eggs, seasoning and milk. Pour onto the hot pan and spread so that there is a thin layer of egg.
Put the bacon, peppers and cheese on top of the omelette.
Starting at the handle, fold the omelette in half.
