Cinnamon Shortbread Cookies
You can make these beauties in under 30mins and are a great way to kick off the festive fun with your kids!

Ingredients:
- 250g Flour
- 175g Butter
- 1tbsp Orange peel
- 1tsp Ground cinnamon
- 75g Caster sugar
- 10g Icing sugar
Method:
Place the butter and flour into a bowl and rub together until the mixture resembles find breadcrumbs.
Stir in the orange peel and caster sugar along with 2 tbsp of cold water and combine to form a ball. Try not to over handle to dough.
Place dough onto a lightly floured surface and with a rolling pin roll to a thickness of roughly 1cm.
Using Christmas shaped cookie cutter or the top of a small cup, cut out approx. 30 cookies.
Place onto a lined baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 10- 12 minutes until golden.
Mix the cinnamon and icing sugar together and lightly dust over the biscuits
