Cinnamon Apple Bircher Muesli

This recipe is only 2 bites when used at meal times. Tip: If you serve this in a ramekin dish it feels like having dessert for breakfast!

Ingredients

half an an apple, grated

30g rolled oats

1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup low fat yogurt

75ml low fat milk

20g almonds, chopped

Method

In a bowl combine the oats, cinnamon, vanilla extract, yogurt and milk. Add the grated apple and mix well. Cover the bowl with wrap or foil and leave in the fridge overnight.
