120g Oats
1 Banana
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Egg
A pinch of Cinnamon
50g Dark Chocolate Chips
Simply mash your banana until it is nice and gooey and then add the rest of your ingredients. Mix until everything is thoroughly combined. Once mixed separate the mixture into 18 equal servings and roll into balls. Place on grease proof paper and bake at 180 Degrees for 20 minutes, and voila your yummy chocolate chip bites are ready to enjoy. Delicious.
