1 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp chia seeds
skimmed milk
1 banana
15g hazelnuts (optional)
Mix 30g porridge oats with 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp chia seeds, and skimmed milk and cook as normal. Top with a banana and serve.
Top Tip: For a creamier porridge add the banana and use a soup blender to blend everything smooth like pudding.
Optional: Top with 15g hazelnuts for 1.5 bites.
