Method

Ingredients:

  • 60g Porridge oats
  • 1tsp Cocoa powder
  • 1tsp Chia seeds
  • Skimmed milk
  • 1 Banana

Method:

Mix 30g porridge oats with 1 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp chia seeds

and skimmed milk and cook as normal. Top with a banana and

serve.  For a creamier porridge add the banana and use a soup blender to blend everything smooth like pudding. Optional: Top with 15g  Hazelnuts for  1.5 Bites
