Chicken Fajita

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 red pepper, sliced

1 green pepper, sliced

1 red onion, sliced

1 tsp cumin

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp chilli powder

4 wholemeal wrap

Low Cal Spray Oil

Method

Heat pan on a high temperature, with low cal spray oil.

Add the vegetables and fry for around 5 minutes, until they are crispy.

Remove the vegetables from the pan.

Reheat the pan with more low cal spray and add the chicken, with seasoning. Cook until the chicken is cooked through.

Add 60ml of water and simmer for 5 minutes.

Put the vegetables back into the pan and reheat.

Serve on wholemeal wraps with our Free Salsa.
