450 grams Ground chicken
1 Ripe Avocado, large and cut into chunks
1/2 cup Wholemeal bread crumbs
1 clove Garlic, chopped
Sea salt and ground pepper
400g Gorge Us Chips
Mix the chunks of avocado, breadcrumbs and garlic together in a bowl.
Next add in the ground chicken, be careful not to mush the avocado.
Form the mixture into 4-5 even patties.
Place patties on the grill and cook for 10-15 mins, turn every few mins til brown on both sides
