60g chia seeds
50ml unsweetened almond milk
100ml low fat coconut milk
1 tbsp honey
fresh berries
Pour the chia seeds into a large jar or you can make mini pots by dividing up the mixture. Cover the chia seeds with milk and mix.
Add in the low fat coconut milk.
Add the honey and mix.
Put in fridge for a few hours, preferably overnight.
Serve with plenty of fresh fruit.
