Cheesy Mushrooms on Toast
It ain't easy being cheesy but it IS easy to enjoy these tasty cheesy mushrooms on toast.
- 2 x 30g slices wholemeal bread
- Low-cal spray oil
- 3 handfuls sliced mushrooms
- 2 tbsp skimmed milk
- 30g extra light cream cheese
- 1/4 tsp wholegrain mustard
- Chives, to serve
Toast the wholegrain bread.
Spritz a pan with the low-cal spray oil and cook the mushrooms until softened.
Spoon in the skimmed milk, extra light cream cheese and wholegrain mustard.
Stir well until coated.
Pile the mushrooms on to the toast, top with the chives and serve immediately.
