2 x 30g slices wholemeal bread
Low-cal spray oil
3 handfuls sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp skimmed milk
30g extra light cream cheese
1/4 tsp wholegrain mustard
Chives, to serve
Toast the wholegrain bread.
Spritz a pan with the low-cal spray oil and cook the mushrooms until softened.
Spoon in the skimmed milk, extra light cream cheese and wholegrain mustard.
Stir well until coated.
Pile the mushrooms on to the toast, top with the chives and serve immediately.
