2 Medium sized potatoes
handful Cauliflower florets
1 triangle Laughing cow cheese
Seasoning
Garlic powder
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated
Add water to pot and heat until boiling.
Place 2 peeled potatoes and cauliflower inside and cook until soft.
Drain water and mash in laughing cow cheese until texture is smooth.
Remove mash from pot and place in oven proof dish.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, then place under grill for 2 mins until crunchy on top.
