Ingredients

1 wholemeal tortilla wrap

1 tbsp tomato purée

1 red onion, sliced

1 red & yellow pepper, sliced

chopped ham

30g reduced fat cheddar, grated

any other vegetables of your choice

Method

Preheat the oven to 190°C.

Spread the tomato puree on a whole meal tortilla. Top with red onion slices, red and yellow pepper slices, chopped ham and any other vegetables of your choice.

Top with 30g of grated reduced fat cheddar.

Fold the tortilla wrap in half, and pat the edges so that it is tightly closed.

Put the wraps on a baking tray, and put in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
