Cajun Chicken Burgers
Swap beef for chicken with our Cajun Chicken Burgers
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 120g reduced fat cheddar
- as much as required mixed lettuce leaves
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 4 tsp lighter than light mayo
- 4 wholemeal burger baps
Heat the grill to a medium-high heat and line a baking tray with foil.
Flatten the chicken fillets.
Mix the oil and Cajun spices together, and spread all over the chicken.
Grill for ten minutes, flipping halfway through. Top with cheese and grill until the cheese has melted.
Serve on a wholemeal burger bap with lighter than light mayo, onion, tomato and lettuce.
