Half a Jar or 200g Lighter than light mayo
1 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 lemon
to taste cracked black pepper
1 Add the mayonnaise and crushed garlic to a bowl.
2 Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the mix. Then add pepper to taste, and mix well.
3 To ‘thin out’ dressing, gradually add 1-2 tbsp of water, mixing until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately or store in fridge until ready to use.
4 Mix & serve with your favorite salad or use as a dipping sauce for veggies or chicken fingers. Enjoy!
