Caesar Salad Dressing

With just four ingredients this tasty caesar dressing is totally FREE! Whip it up in a few minutes and serve as a dressing on salad, as a spread for sandwiches or even use it as a simple dip for some delicious veggies. It can easily be halved or doubled depending on the quantity needed and can be stored in an air tight container or jar for approx 7-10 days. Rule of thumb, for each 200g of Mayonnaise, use 1/2 lemon (or more to your liking), and 1 garlic clove (or more if you love garlic).

Ingredients

Half a Jar or 200g Lighter than light mayo

1 crushed garlic cloves

1/2 lemon

to taste cracked black pepper

Method

1 Add the mayonnaise and crushed garlic to a bowl.

2 Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the mix. Then add pepper to taste, and mix well.

3 To ‘thin out’ dressing, gradually add  1-2 tbsp of water, mixing until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately or store in fridge until ready to use.

4 Mix & serve with your favorite salad or use as a dipping sauce for veggies or chicken fingers. Enjoy!
