Burger Bowl

Ingredients
Method

Ingredients:

  • 200g extra lean minced beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • a handful of iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 1 gerkin, sliced
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 60g low fat cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp ketchup (reduced salt and sugar)
  • 2 tbsp lighter than light mayo
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • low cal cooking spray

Method:

For the burger sauce

Mix together ketchup, mayo and balsamic vinegar set aside.

For the bowl

Add the onions and mince to a frying pan with low cal cooking spray, cook until browned

Layer the bottom of a bowl with shredded lettuce, gherkin & tomato

Then add over the top half of your mince and onions

Add 15g grated cheese on top

 

Then repeat the process wit the remaining ingredients.

Drizzle your newly made burger sauce on top

Serve with 100g of Gorge Us Chips and Enjoy
