Method

Ingredients:

  • 1 wholemeal tortilla wrap
  • 2 tbsp tomato puree
  • 30g reduced fat cheddar, grated
  • 2 lean bacon, diced
  • 100g baby leaf spinach
  • 1 eggs

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Spread tomato puree over the tortilla. Sprinkle over the cooked bacon and cheese then break the egg into the middle.

Bake in the oven for 5 minutes. Take out of the oven, and arrange the spinach around the sides, trying to avoid the egg.

Put the pizza back into the oven and bake for a further 5 minutes.

Take out of the oven, and enjoy.
