2 rashers lean back bacon, fat removed
2 x 40g low-fat pork sausages
8 button mushrooms
8 cherry tomatoes
Salt and pepper
Low-cal spray oil
Reduced sugar/salt tomato ketchup to serve
1 yellow pepper
1 zucchini
Stretch out the bacon rashers with the blade knife, and cut each one in half.
Cut the sausages in half and wind a bacon rasher around each.
Thread the sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes, pepper and zucchini on to 4 kebab skewers and season and spray lightly with oil.
Cook under a hot grill for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently until the sausages are cooked.
Serve the kebabs with tomato ketchup.
For a more substantial breakfast, serve with poached or scrambled eggs.
