Ingredients:

  • Low fat natural yoghurt
  • Berries
  • 60g No added sugar muesli
  • Mint leaves

Method:

In a large glass, layer 1 tbsp of low fat natural yoghurt with a layer of berries, then another layer of yoghurt, then a layer of no added sugar muesli (30g in total) and so on until you have filled the glass or used up all of your ingredients. Garnish with mint leaves.
