Breakfast Berry Parfait
Fill up in the morning with this nutritious burst of berries and yoghurt. It's packed with fibre and protein to keep you full until lunch.
- Low fat natural yoghurt
- 60g No added sugar muesli
- Mint leaves
In a large glass, layer 1 tbsp of low fat natural yoghurt with a layer of berries, then another layer of yoghurt, then a layer of no added sugar muesli (30g in total) and so on until you have filled the glass or used up all of your ingredients. Garnish with mint leaves.
