Blueberry Blast Smoothie
January is the perfect time to cleanse your body. Try to have a homemade smoothie or juice once a day to fill your body with loads of nutrients.
- 1/2 punnet frozen blueberries
- 250ml skimmed milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1/2 cup Ice
Put all of the ingredients into a blender, and blend until smooth.
Serve in a glass and garnish with some fresh blueberries.
