Blueberry and Almond Overnight Oats

If you're always in a hurry in the morning and don't have time for breakfast, think again. It only takes 10 minutes to prepare these jars the night before - just pop them into the fridge and forget about them. Next day, top with fruit and they're good to go.

Ingredients

250g 0% fat greek yoghurt

60ml Skimmed milk

6 tbsp Rolled or porridge oats

1 tbsp Mixed seeds, e.g. chia,flax, sunflower

2-3 Drops vanilla extract

2 tsp Maple syrup or clear honey

60g Blueberries

1 Small banana

Method

Put the yoghurt, milk, oats and seeds in a bowl and mix together well. Divide between 2 glass jars or bowls, then cover and leave in the fridge overnight. The following morning, drizzle some maple syrup or honey over the top and cover with the blueberries and sliced banana.

TIP: You can use any fresh summer fruit or berries as a topping.
