Place the oats in a bowl and cover with enough milk to moisten them.
Cover the bowl with cling film and chill for an hour in the fridge if possible.
Peel the apple, if your prefer, then coarsely grate and stir into the oats.
Stir in enough yogurt to reach the desired consistency. Add more milk if mixture is to thick.
Serve the muesli in individual bowls, topped with fruits of your choice.
