Balsamic Dressing

The dressing! While store-bought options are convenient, nothing beats the flavour of a homemade dressing. The best part? It couldn’t be easier—simply add your ingredients to a jar, give it a good shake, and enjoy

Ingredients

100ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil

100ml Balsamic Vinegar

1 rounded tsp Dijon Mustard

1 Garlic clove, grated

Squeeze of Honey

pinch of freshly milled Salt and pepper

Method

This recipe makes just over 200ml. Allow 1 bite per tablespoon, we find that 1/2 tablespoon is perfect as a portion. Simply add all the ingredients into a jam jar and shake. Pour into a squeezy bottle and store in the cupboard.
