Baked Apple Crisps

Ingredients:
- 2 red apple
- cinnamon
Method:
Preheat the oven to 90ºC.
Wash & core the apple and using a mandolin or a very good knife, thinly slice the apple.
Arrange on a baking tray & sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake for 45 minutes, flip the slices, and bake for another 45 minutes. Take out of the oven and leave to cool.
