Apple and Cinnamon Pancakes
Serving tip: Sprinkle sweetner and fresh strawberries over top of the pancakes for extra sweetness

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 250g natural yogurt
- 150g wholegrain flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp caster sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 apple
- low cal spray oil
Method:
Add the egg and natural yogurt into a large bowl and mix until there is an even consistency.
Add the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract to the same bowl. Mix until there is an even consistency.
Peel and core the apple and grate thinly. Add the grated apple to the large bowl and mix.
Spray the low cal oil onto a pan suitable for pancakes and heat over a medium temperature. Once hot, scoop deep spoonfuls of the batter onto the pan. Leave to cook until the edges dry and the pancakes puff. The under-side should be golden. Flip the pancake and leave to cook for 2-3 minutes.
